How Minute Response Works For Your Business

Your business provides products and services that people are looking for and you want to give them a reason to come back to your business. Business

A customer does business with you either at your store, restaurant, office, or even in a meeting with a sales person from your organization.

After business is transacted, the customer is given a card asking them to complete a short survey on a website for your business. The card informs them that if they respond to the survey they will be given a code for a return incentive (discount, fee gift, etc.) on their next visit.

With this incentive your loyal customer goes to their computer and enters a simple web site address and completes a very brief survey that your business has designed. It's only a few easy questions that will probably only take 30 seconds to complete. This is the customers chance to give their input on how your business is doing and if there are any areas where you can improve.

After your customer has completed the survey they are asked if they would like to receive occasional emails from your business announcing sales, new offers, and other incentives to return to your business. This is optional for your customer but statitics show many will sign up.

Next the survey asks the customer if they know anyone else who would like to receive a similar incentive (discount, free gift, etc). Here is an opportunity to let other potential customers know about your business. This is also optional, but statistics show that happy customers can be some of your biggest promoters.

Within seconds of completing the survey, your customer receives a code via email to put on the card you handed them. Now they have activated their coupon and have a reason to come back soon.

Meanwhile, a similar incentive coupon has been sent to any referrals your customer listed. While these are not yet opt-in emails for a mailing list, they are potential new customers.

While using Minute Response your business will receive a special login to see your survey results. You will be able to view reports on individual survey responses, a list of comments they left for your business, and a note if they added their email to your mailing list.
