Here are the statistics from The Carwasher's use of Minute Response.
For a two month period of time, the total cost of the program was $107.00. The cost included; two months of subscription @ 29.00 per month and $49.00 start up fee, which included an initial supply of 500 pass out cards. We printed our own pass outs in house after the intial supply was gone. Although the cost of professionally printed cards is very affordable, we had the capability to print our own and ultimately took that path.
Results: Over 300 surveys were taken. 30% of those who took the survey had already come back to the carwash to redeem their discount offer for a total of $1,500.00 in hard revenue. 7 referral offers were redeemed and are considered to be new customers at the carwash. The average customer retention at a service related business as a carwash is approximately 2 years of monthly washes at a per car average of $20.00. The total estimated future income of those 7 new customers would be $3,360.00. A total of $4,860.00 in immediate and future revenue.

I haven?t even mentioned the email database we are building of customers who want to hear from us with future offers and promotions. This has been the tool that has brought focus to all of our marketing and operations and all at such a low cost and high rate of return.
